Who is Eligible?

• Aadhaar card OR driving licence OR PAN card
• Mobile number for OTP verification
How to Create Your ABHA
Visit abha.abdm.gov.in or download the ABHA app. Click 'Create ABHA Number', choose Aadhaar or driving licence. Verify with OTP. Your 14-digit ABHA number is created instantly. You can also create it at any empanelled hospital or health facility.
