Udyam Registration is the official government registration for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). A free Udyam certificate gives your business legal MSME status, unlocking priority lending, government tender access, and multiple subsidies.

Who is Eligible?

How to Register

Visit udyamregistration.gov.in. Click 'For New Entrepreneurs'. Enter Aadhaar number and verify with OTP. Fill in business details — name, type, NIC code, bank account, investment and turnover figures. Submit. The Udyam Registration Certificate is issued instantly with a permanent Udyam Registration Number (URN).
