Business loans up to ₹10 lakh — no collateral, no processing fee
Pradhan Mantri MUDRA Yojana provides collateral-free loans to non-corporate, non-farm micro and small businesses. There are three loan tiers: Shishu (up to ₹50,000), Kishor (₹50,001–₹5 lakh), and Tarun (₹5 lakh–₹10 lakh). A new Tarun Plus category now offers up to ₹20 lakh for growing businesses.
• Shishu: up to ₹50,000 (new businesses)
• Kishor: ₹50,001 to ₹5 lakh (expanding businesses)
• Tarun: ₹5 lakh to ₹10 lakh (established businesses)
• Tarun Plus: up to ₹20 lakh (for Tarun borrowers with good repayment history)
• No collateral required
• No processing fee under government MUDRA scheme
• RuPay MUDRA Card issued for Shishu/Kishor loans
Any Indian citizen running or planning a non-farm, non-corporate micro or small business — shopkeepers, vendors, artisans, small manufacturers, service providers, repair shops, etc. No minimum turnover required for Shishu. Kishor and Tarun require existing business proof.
• Aadhaar card and PAN card
• Address proof of business
• Business activity proof (for Kishor/Tarun)
• Bank account statements (6 months for Kishor/Tarun)
• 2 passport-size photographs
• Quotation for machinery/equipment (if applicable)
Visit any public sector bank, private bank, NBFC, or MFI and ask for a MUDRA loan. You can also apply online through your bank's portal or at mudra.org.in. For Shishu loans, many banks process within 7–10 days. The Seva Sankalp team can assist with documentation and bank facilitation.
