What is PMKVY?

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana provides free short-duration skill training in over 300 job roles across 37 sectors — from electronics and construction to healthcare, beauty, and IT. After completing the course and clearing an assessment, trainees receive a government-recognised skill certificate and a cash reward.

Who is Eligible?

How to Enroll

Visit pmkvyofficial.org and find a training centre near you. Call the centre and confirm course availability. Walk in with your Aadhaar card and bank details. Training is typically 3–6 months. After training, an independent assessment is done by an Assessment Body. Certificate and cash reward are issued to those who pass.
